Anybody know of internet resources for improving my German listening comprehension?

If you don't mind spending more money on learning German then Rosetta Stone is the way. I have not used it myself however I have several co workers who have and can now read write and speak the second language they chose fluently. I know that they chose French, German, and Latin-American Spanish, before getting the program they all only spoke english.
