Scratching sensation....32 Weeks pregnant. Can someone advise?

Im 32 weeks pregnant and for around the last 8 wks occasionaly i got a scratching sensation down bellow - seems to be where the birth c is....I wouldnt say it was painful but can make me jumo an be quite uncomfortable. Its not an itching scratch just little ching. Any adivice would be appreciated, thank you :)
