Paint chips? I love it! Anyway, there was no oversight from the administration when they gave out these TARP funds. What the heck were they thinking anyway? Just hand over the bucks and forget about it? OMG, how ridiculous is that anyway? Will they ever learn? And how about all of the other stimulus funds that were spent on foolish, lavish things for CEO's? Again, no oversight. I'm done with their crap. They are spending our money and really don't seem to give a dump about it.
