Is it possible to be pregnant but have absolutely NO symptoms?!?

I am so confused! I have had my period since i was 12 and every month its the same ole crampiness and sore BBs. My period is due in 3 days and I should be at least cramping up right now and im not!. I have ABSOLUTELY NO symptoms at all! I got a blood test done at 8DPO and it was negative. but I heard thats still very early. What do you think?
