Who are your favorite heavy metal icons?

ozzy osbourne, randy rhoads, jimmy page, bill ward. and i dont agree with you AT ALL abour sabbath being better w/ dio. they sounded rawer w/ ozzy and thats what metal should be about. w/ dio they sounded more like a pop band.
