How do you make meat with egg noodles and gravy?

Your question is not very clear -- however, make a basic meatball recipe (ground meat, onion powder, garlic powder, breadcrumbs, egg, a little water, form into meat) Put in 400 degree oven until brown. While they are browning, saute onions in little bit of shortening until golden brown, then add meat, add water to cover meat, add paprika and cook covered for about 40 minutes. Cook noodles -- then add your cooked meat and you'll have gravy to put over the noodles, and there's your meat with egg noddles and gravy.
