No, those aren't Arab genetic markers. They're markers that are common in certain regions, there's a difference. Ethnic groups as we see them in modern times have no relation to genetic markings at all -- those markings were developed thousands of years ago. People migrated.. people imilated.. DNA has no bearing on ethnicity.
