Any corporate executives looking to jump ship?

I am looking for fortune 500 young executives that may be looking at leaving and starting up a new company that can become a large US corporation. I am interested in what they are thinking about doing and maybe we can creat a group of web based people to created a thinktank and start putting things in motion.
