Was i abducted or was it a dream?

this is real life occurance or dream from a while back but i went to bed one night when i was 8 i woke up in the middle of the night and couldnt move a bright light shown through my window and 2 tall purplish creatures were in my room talking the light then beamed me up to something i ped out i awoke in what looked to be a waiting room there were at least 4 others there i couldnt move and they loaded me onto a surgical bed and into a room the whole place was white and very bright there skin was a pink skin tone and grey it differed from different ones they operated on my chest or stomech since this somethings changed about me i cant point it out but i've never been the same i was so scared when i woke up the next morning i stayed at a friends house for 2 days without sleep i also have the milkey way in moles on my back but they werent there before i've never had moles on my back before this has anyone had an experience like this?
