Do you think this teenager was "ually abused" during a fire?

About as strong as if someone became a quadreplegic because someone else pulled them out a burning car after they crashed. If they didn't pull them out they'd be dead. You can't be sued for saving someone's life and if they do have a case, they won't get much out of it because the message at the end of the day will be 'you should be grateful'.
