AM I PREGNANT??? HELP!!?

My tummy's feeling streange.. Whenever something touches it, or if I move a certain way it feels numb. I've been really tired and super fussy! I'm like a two year old, complaining about everything! I've been very indecisive. I can't make up my mind for anything! I end up just getting frustrated and not choosing anything! My legs are crampy. So is my lower stomach. It's like a throbbing, cramping pain. I've been gaining weight but I haven't even been eating that much (nothing sounds good to me). I feel like I'm catching a cold. My nose was so stuffy/runny the other day it was driving me crazy! Also, I had this weird bleeding about two days ago. Out of nowhere I had blood in my pants! It went on for about an hour and then it just turned into a browinsh/yellowish discharge. Before I buy a pregnancy test I was just wondering did any of you have these symptoms?
